Dear Reader,

In case you missed the news, I recently hosted The Enchanted Book Club's very first trip to England! Between touring Jane Austen's home and walking the streets the Brontës once did, it was truly the most beautiful experience I've ever had. What made it that much more enchanting was sharing the joy with our community online. Below you'll find recaps of the trip + links to travel accessories (including my pink coat) 💗

Staying at Jane Austen's
brother's house

I planned my arrival to London couple of days prior to The Enchanted Book Club’s tour, allowing time experience the city. I'm typically not much of a city girl but I was completely charmed! Flower boxes adorn nearly every storefront, there’s pastel shutters on houses, and bookstores galore. I even stayed at Jane Austen's brothers home (a dream come true!).

Henry's Townhouse

When I came upon Henry’s Townhouse (once the residence of Jane Austen’s favorite brother, Henry)—and found out you can stay there, I knew I had to go! With a sitting room where Jane Austen penned parts of Sense and Sensibility, a second-edition Austen collection, and each room dedicated to an Austen family member, it is a true celebration of Jane’s classic stories and where they came from.

Travel Accessories

I couldn't believe how many questions I received about this pink coat! I tried to pack fairly light so this was the only coat I brought with me. It kept me warm everyday — definitely recommend it 💕

How cute is this floral passport holder? It added a dash of cheer to my travel experience 🌸

I carried this book tote with me everywhere. A few of the locals said it was "brilliant" which felt like quite the compliment 😊
